The chicken should be refrigerated no later than two hours after it has been cooked.

Keeping cooked potatoes overnight

Cooked potatoes are great to go with any meal so you really don’t want to see these golden treats go to waste. For cooked potatoes, they can be refrigerated within four hours after it has been cooked. Any longer and bacteria will build up. Simply let them cool and store them in a plastic container or a resealable plastic bag and place in the refrigerator. The cooked potato will remain good for around two to three days without losing its flavor and texture.

How to keep wine fresh after opening the bottle

Wine is a strong essential part of every Christmas dinner. Despite being strong it is also extremely delicate and needs to be kept well to retain is freshness and aroma. It can be difficult to finish a bottle of wine in a single sitting as it is meant to be slowly savored and sipped. Eventually the wine loses its flavor and just feels empty. Fortunately there are ways to enjoy your leftover wine another time after popping the cork. Firstly, never store the bottle of wine on its side as it increases the amount of surface area that is exposed to air. When air is exposed the wine, it will oxidize and turn to vinegar. Secondly, never leave the wine near a place where it is exposed to too much sunlight as it will cause the wine to discolor. Lastly, refrigerate it after closing the bottle with the cork or pour the wine into an airtight bottle.

METHOD

1Mix turkey, tomato and lettuce into a bowl.
2/ Put bread into toaster, remove bread when toasted.
3/ Put mozzarella cheese on the toasted bread.
4/ Spread the mixture on the toasted bread and top it with another slice of bread.
